RiseStream is a motivational video streaming platform that provides curated inspirational content, daily quotes, wellness tips, and personal growth tracking features. The service is provided by Tattvam CLC.

RiseStream curates and streams motivational videos from third-party platforms (YouTube, Vimeo). We do not own the video content — it belongs to the respective creators and platforms. All video content is subject to the terms of service of the originating platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The RiseStream name, logo, app design, and original content (daily quotes collection, wellness tips, UI/UX design) are the property of Tattvam CLC. You may not use our branding without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RiseStream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will achieve specific results for you.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tattvam CLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of RiseStream. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
